Our unique Winged Dragon Buckle is solid brass and will fit up to a 1-1/2″ leather belt. Bench crafted and handmade by a Richard Kaish a local Cape Cod artist from Cellar Leather on Cape Cod. Buckle: 3-1/8″  x  2″.  American Made in USA
