Description

Our maritime nautical Wianno Senior Sloop Leather Sailing belt is Artisan fine quality bench crafted and handmade from a premium full grain natural veg tanned leather by New England Leathersmith Jeff Taylor from Cellar Leather on good old Cape Cod.

This classic buckle will fit up to a 1½” belt that comes with screw posts or snaps, upon request, to change out buckles.

Available in solid brass and white bronze silver. And for a more nautical look, try this belt with rope edge embossing.

The Boat was designed in 1913−14 in the village of Osterville, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, for a group of sailors from the Wianno Yacht Club. The Wianno Senior is a 25-foot (7.6 m) gaff rigged sloop. The boat is raced on Nantucket Sound by four Cape Cod yacht clubs: Bass River Yacht Club, Hyannis Yacht Club. It is a unique belt buckle representing boats still Sailing today.
