Our American Bison Buckle Leather Belt features a unique Artisan hand crafted bronze Bison Belt Buckle, designed by Taf Schaefer, is paired with a vintage shrunken full grain natural veg tanned domestic Tucson Bison or Yellowstone Bison Belt Leather.
These casual jean belts are heavy nylon stitched and handmade with two layers of natural veg tanned leather with no fillers in 12 to 14 oz. weight or 1/4″ thickness, 1-3/8″ or 1-1/2″ belt width.
Bison Buckle Leather Belts are quality handmade exclusively from Cellar Leather on Cape Cod by New England Leathersmith Jeff Taylor using traditional leather crafting methods producing the highest premium quality leather belt.

Description
Bison Leather Belts are made from domestically tanned American natural veg tanned Bison leather. Most Tucson Bison leather is glued and stitched to a backing piece of cowhide. resulting in a sturdy 12 to 14 ounce weight leather belt.
Yellowstone Leather is a 9/10 ounce weight not requiring a backing but still can be backed with a lighter cowhide backing if desired.
