Our eastern Artisan Handcrafted Barnstable Oyster Shell Leather Belt is locally handmade in solid brass, white bronze, and sterling silver, by special order, using a Lost Wax casting method used for hundreds of years in casting.
Bench crafted and handmade in Barnstable from an Oyster Shell Jeff picked while shellfishing one day in Barnstable Harbor that fits up to a 1-1/2″ width casual leather belt.
Barnstable harbor is an inter-tidal estuary on the north side of Cape Cod.
The body of water is bordered by a barrier beach to the north called Sandy Neck and the town of Barnstable proper to the south.
An extremely sweet oyster with plenty of salty water and a delicate unique taste. A surprisingly unique and memorable shellfish experience.
